Delete from the Axis app
If you can sign in, open your profile, find the Account section, select Delete account, and confirm. Your account and content are removed from Axis's live systems immediately.

Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, send the request from the email address associated with your Axis account. We may reply to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What is deleted
- Your Axis authentication account and profile information.
- Posts, audio, questions, bookmarks, likes, notifications, roles, and other account activity.
- Profile photos and student-verification documents stored by Axis.

Backup copies
Residual copies may remain in isolated backups for up to 30 days before being permanently deleted. Limited records may be retained longer only when required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
